Foundation Board

Parnell Memorial Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation, is governed by a thirteen-member board, twelve of whom are elected by the members of the Parnell Memorial Library Foundation and one of whom is appointed by and from the Montevallo Library Board.

The Board has its annual meeting on the third Tuesday in January and quarterly meetings on the third Tuesday of April, July, and October. Meetings are held in Parnell Memorial Library at 7:00 p.m.
